Currently, we do not offer international shipping. Additionally, we are unable to deliver to U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, or P.O. boxes.

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50 within the U.S. No minimum purchase required for standard orders!

The price displayed at checkout is the final price—there are no additional or hidden shipping charges.

3.1 Shipping Carrier

Our shipping process consists of two key stages:

  • Order Processing & Handling: 1-2 business days to prepare and package your products with care.
  • Transit Time: Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days depending on your location. Expedited shipping options are available.

Expect your order to arrive within 5-7 business days for standard shipping, depending on your location. Expedited shipping options may qualify for faster delivery times.

Business days refer to Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

For oversized items like suitcases, carriers may contact you to schedule a delivery appointment. A signature might be required for delivery.

5.3 Failed Delivery Attempts

If you’re unavailable at delivery:

  • The carrier will leave a delivery attempt notice.
  • They may make up to three delivery attempts before holding the package at a local facility for pickup.

6. Order Changes and Cancellations

6.2 Canceling an Order

Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. Once shipped, cancellations are no longer possible. Please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for return instructions.

If your tracking has not updated for 5 business days, contact our Customer Support team. We will initiate an investigation with the carrier and, if necessary, ship a replacement.

  • If you accept the delivery, contact us within 48 hours of delivery for a replacement or refund.
